Currently, balena sells and distributes hardware via a Shopify store. HoD may adapt to sell the service via balenaHub as another entrypoint for sales and this workflow will update to reflect that architecture when it becomes available. Additionally, at first we will allow the customer success team to place orders manually for larger commercial customers.
